• Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with proof of purchase.
• Prior approval must be sought with Ausergo via email before returning goods.
• Goods must be returned to Ausergo within 2 weeks of receiving them.
• Refund will be processed within 7 days of Ausergo receiving returned goods and only after being assessed for resale quality.
