see Handshoe Mouse Shift
Research conducted by the Erasmus University Medical Centre (Netherlands) has concluded that a computer mouse can be a major cause of repetitive strain injury (RSI) and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Designed with the above research in mind, the Handshoe addressing each of the main negative issues associated with a traditional computer mouse. Gripping, pinching and hovering of the fingers, miniscule wrist movements and forearm twisting to name a few.
In Dutch, the word HandShoe means “Glove”. The HandShoe Mouse “fits like a glove”. Some people have even described it as feeling like “a saddle for the hand”.
Your hand, wrist and forearm are supported while mousing, causing you to use the larger muscles in your arm for mouse movement. This minimises wrist movement, helping to ease pain associated with RSI and carpal tunnel syndrome.
